Printers are shipped within 2 business days for instock products. Blank Die Cut Labels typically take 10 business days to ship. Custom printed labels typically ship within 2 days. We ship most orders via UPS or FedEx. Small label orders may be shipped USPS.

Please inform the delivery driver at the time of delivery about any external damages. It’s important that the delivery driver notes any damages as it will assist in an insurance claim if needed. If you received a damaged or wrong product please emailsupport@hacoda.comwithin 3 business days of receipt. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued and return shipping arrangements will be made. Please do not return products without an RMA.

Please notify us by email or phone as soon as you discover the need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to assist. Once EPSON has received a label printer order it is not possible to cancel it.  It may be possible to return it with a 15% restocking fee. Label printers that have had ink installed are not returnable. Ink/printheads/maint. boxes are not returnable. Die Cut labels are not returnable. Custom printed products and Special orders are not returnable.

Most orders will receive an email with tracking information. You can also find tracking information for your order by logging into your Hacoda account and reviewing “your orders”

In most cases we can add an EPSON “return to depot” warranty during the first year of ownership. Once a label printer’s warranty expires you may not purchase a warranty. It is recommended that you purchase a return to depot, spare in the air, or on-site warranty when the label printer is purchased.

EPSON label printers purchased from an authorized EPSON dealer carry a 12 month return to depot warranty. This warranty is through EPSON and not through Hacoda Label Inc.

Almost. Label sizes start at 0.5 inch and go up to 15 inches wide. If you do not find the exact size you are looking for on our Blank Label page we can create a custom quote for your specific needs.
